1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 cup Flour, white2.5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched30.0 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese, Old - Kraft Cracker Barrel2.0 tsp BECEL - Original Margarine74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Cook ground beef until not red Cook maccaroni until El dente ( just undercooked) Chop up and cook peppers with the beef Cheese sauce 1 cup shredded cheese 1cup milk 1tbsp of flour Cooke on low heat until thickens Pepper to taste(optional) Out in oven cook until inside ia hot( maybe 20mins) Serving Size: Good for 2-6 people
