Post Workout Energy Drink

Ingredients
1/2 c. non fat plain yogurt1/2 c. egg substitute1 banana, peeled & frozen1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen) OR 1/2 c. black berries and 1/2 c. blue berries2 tsp. Splenda
Directions
In a blender combine the yogurt & egg substitute. Break up and add the banana and blueberries. Add Splenda. Blend on low until smooth. Gradually move to a higher setting and puree for 1 minute.
