16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 8 serving Salsa - ChiChi's jar (2 tbsp = 1 svg) (by KNDJP21) / 1 cup3 Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) , cut in half8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk ,shredded 1 1tsp Olive Oil /1/4 cup water
Preheat oven 400*. Line 9 by 13 pan with foil. Cut peppers in half & clean out ribs and stem. Place in pan, cut side up.Cook turkey in olive oil/water in saucepan; breaking up turkey into small pieces. When turkey is no longer pink, add chopped mushrooms. Cook off liquid in pan on medhigh heat. Turn off. Stir in Salsa . Spoon into peppers. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes.
