Hawaiian Chicken:2 tbsp Lawry's - Hawaiian with Tropical Fruit Juices - 30 Minute Marinade (by LISA10MARIE) 4 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen) Salad Fixings:.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 2 cup Fresh Express Spinach (4 cups raw) .25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) .33 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw .5 cup Parsley 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tbsp Flaxseed .25 cup Chow Mein Noodles Vinaigrette:2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 oz Simply Grapefruit - 100% Grapefruit Juice (by RACHPDX) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
Drag chicken breast through marinade until well coated. Bake Chicken at 375 degrees until cooked through.
Chop fruit and veggies and toss together all salad ingredients except for chow mein noodles. Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle half over salad and toss. Top salad with cooked sliced chicken drizzle with remaining dressing and top with chow mein noodles.
