Spinach Mozarrela Egg Bake

Ingredients
3 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 148 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1.5 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms 13 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
thaw and thoroughly drain the spinach. Spray a 9 X 12 baking pan, spread spinach evenly on the bottom. Saute onions and peppers, layer over the spinach, top with the mozarella. Beat the eggs with slat and pepper to taste , pour over the spinach mixture, bake @ 375 for about 35 minutes
