1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 cup Oats, Quaker2.0 tbsp Honey0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1. Toss everything in the blender except the baking powder and baking soda
2. When everything is blended add the baking powder and baking soda.
3. Pour in the muffin tin
4. Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit
5. Bake till golden brown for 15 minutes. Toothpick will come out clean
