Chicken and Vegetable Korma

454g chicken breasts, chopped1 tbs olive oil200g onions1 cup each zucchini, carrots and green beans chopped500g jar korma sauce. Ours was Lidl brand and had 162 cals per 100g
saute the onions and the chopped breasts until transparent and no longer raw on the outside respectively, add the other vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes, add the jar of korma sauce and heat gently to finish cooking the meat and vegetables, about 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
