0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.50 cup Milk, 1% 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 0.25 cup Mushrooms, canned 0.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 12 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
Mix Ground bee, garlic powder and crumbs together. Add milk and 1/4 cup of ketchup. mix well. Pat into a glass pie plate that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Spread 1/2 c. ketchup on top. Shake on Parmesan cheese. Put on drained mushrooms (opt.) and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min. Cool for 10 minutes and drain off fat. Serving is 1/6 of the pie.
