14 serving great value large white eggs 16 oz jimmy dean ground sausage (orginal) (by VBLEDSOE3607) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2.66 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2/3 cup American Heritage, Low-Moisture Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella1/3 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a 15" x 11" muffin tin
While oven is preheating cook sausage until brown
Once sausage is cooked add onion & bell pepper and cook until soft
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, season with sale & pepper and whisk well
Split the batter into the muffin tin equally and bake for about 25 min
Store in the fridge and reheat when ready to eat
