Crockpot Meatloaf

Ingredients
MAIN DISH3 pounds very lean ground beef 2 egg 2 cup finely chopped onion 2 cup soft torn bread crumbs 4 teaspoons prepared mustard 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 cup ketchup, dividedSIDE8 cups carrotsSALAD4 cups romaine lettuce1 cup spinach1 large cucumber2 large tomatoes2 tbspoon lite italain dressing
Directions
Spray crockpot with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, egg, mustard, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and 1 cup ketchup. Shape mixture into a ball and place in slow cooker.

Spread remaining ketchup over top of loaf. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours

Steam Carrots

Prepare Side Salad and serve with italian dressing
