Low Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Ground beef 2 oz. Crushed Pork rinds1 large Egg1/3 cp. Pureed tomatoes1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Dried Parsley2 oz. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese1/4 cp. chopped Onions1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chipotle pepper sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Mix meat and other ingredients.
3. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.
4. Bake until internal temperature reaches 170°, about 1 hour.
5. Slice and serve
