2.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup4.0 tbsp Bob's Coconut Flour5.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted6.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Garlic powder
Melt butter and cheese together over low heat until well combined
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir in pot until a dough forms.
Roll out on a silicone mat to make a thin crust for a pizza, poke holes all over with a fork and baked at 425º for 12-15 mins or until brown
Add your desired toppings (making sure any meats are already cooked)
Place crust back in oven for another 5 mins to warm up toppings and melt cheese
