Healthy Sweet Potato Dessert

Ingredients
4 C. mashed sweetpotato2 C. crushed pineapple1/2 C. raisins1/4 C. chopped pecans2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder1 oz. coconut shreds, unsweetened1/2 tsp. coconut oil
Directions
Grease a pie pan with coconut oil. Mix together mashed sweet potato, crushed pineapple, raisins, and Chinese 5 spice powder. (You can substitute this with cinnamon, but the taste of the 5 spice is out of this world!)

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut shreds and pecans and cook 5 more minutes or until hot.
