Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .28 ounce Yeast, bakers
Directions
Place the water, flour, and yeast into either a large jar or a large pitcher, and stir it well. Let it sit in a warm place for a few days to mature. It gets better with age. Feed it with equal amounts of flour and water, every time you use it, or ever couple days.
