Warm Shaved Brussel and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 serving Brussels Sprouts, Birds Eye Steamfresh (1 serv=10 brussels sprouts) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 oz Shrimp, cooked 10 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap) .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sautee shaved brussel sprouts in pan with 1/2 tbsp of evoo. Toss in green beans and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Place in bowl and toss pre-cooked shrimp into pan to heat them, 2 minutes/side. Toss in bowl and finish with 1 diced avocado.

Serving Size: Serves 1 but could serve 2 for an app
