Turkey Flaxseed Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Flaxseed 1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1tsp basil. 2tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients.pan fry in oils,turning every 4 minutes on medium-high heat until all sides are brown & turkey is no longer pink.Serve plain or with sauce ,prepared separately.
