Broccoli Cheddar Frittata

Ingredients
2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted0.12 cup Milk, 1%5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen3.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 cup lucerne shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scramble eggs milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, and set aside. Chop onion, mince garlic and set aside. Heat an oven-safe skillet or cast-iron pan (9-10"). Add olive oil to hot pan, add chopped onion a pinch of salt, and cook until beginning to soften. Add frozen broccoli, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper, cook until all liquid has evaporated from the pan. Add butter and stir until melted, give the pan a gentle shake to evenly distribute ingredients. Cover with shredded cheese, poor egg mixture over ingredients and gently shake pan to evenly distribute egg mixture. Place pan in oven and cook approximately 20 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through. Serve immediately. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
