Laura's Mulltigatawny Soup

Ingredients
2.5 cup Lentils 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Kale 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 2.5 tsp Garam Masala per teaspoon (by CHUCKLES0719) 32 fl oz Chicken Broth 2 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts
Directions
wash lentils - picking out debris
soften onion, carrots, celery, kale in a heavy stock pot
add garlic and spices - garam masala, turmeric cook for 2 minutes to open spices up and warm garlic
add lentils and chicken breast cubed into small pieces
add chicken stock + 3 cups of water
cook on med/low heat for 25-40 minutes
