Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 cup shredded raw Carrots1 cup shredded fresh Cabbage.75 c Apple Cider Vinegar or white balsamic vinegar.5 cup Canola Oil, .5 cup .75 c Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce1 cup chopped Scallions.75 c Cashew Nuts, unsalted
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with hands or large spoon.

Add cashews and scallions last.

Serve and enjoy! Excellent served with rice crackers.
