honey mustard Tilapia

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, melted 3 tablespoons prepared dijon-style mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup dry seasoned dry bread crumb 1/4 cup finely chopped pecan 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley 4 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
3Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
4Coat each of the fillets with the honey-mustard mixture lightly.
5Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the fillets coating them evenly and well.
6Bake until the fillets flake easily with a fork (about 10-15 minutes).

    I LOVE this recipe!!! instead of seperate Honey and Dijon, I use Paula Dean's Honey Mustard, and it is SO GOOD!!!!
