Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.3 cup Rice flour, white1000.0 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tbsp Pepper, white
Directions
Combine ingredients in bowl with teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 fresh grated onion, tsp nutmeg, tsp white pepper and tbsp salt. Form into 1-2inch meatballs. Bake at 400 for 15mi. Do not overcook! Serving Size: Makes 24-28 medium sized meatballs The serving size is for 6oz.
