Better Bleu Cheese Dressing

1 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 2 tsp Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (to taste) 1/2 tsp Paprika (to taste) 1 dash Salt (to taste)1 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)8 oz. Blue Cheese Crumble
- Set Bleu Cheese crumbles out so they are room temperature when needed.
- Cream Cottage Cheese in a food processer until smooth.
- In medium bowl combine creamed Cottage Cheese with Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, all spices and Lemon Juice, mix well.
- Add Bleu Cheese crumbles to your mixture and fold together.
- Put mixture in sealable container and chill until ready to use.
