Banana Buttermilk Coffee Cake

BATTER:2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 cup mashed banana2/3 cup buttermilk2 eggs1/4 cup oil1-1/2 teaspoon vanillaTOPPING:1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup quick oatmeal (not instant)2 teaspoons flour2 teaspoons cinnamon1 tablespoon melted butter
1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with nonstick spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Then add the mashed banana, buttermilk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
3. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
4. Make topping: Mix together the 1/3 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, nuts, oatmeal. Then mix in the melted butter. Sprinkle topping over the batter in the pan.
5. Place pan in the 350 oven and bake for 40 minutes.
6. Cut into 18 pieces. (3 lengthwise, 6 crosswise).
