Spaghetti Sauce, vegan, creamy

Ingredients
1/2 cup Raw Cashew Nuts, soaked in water for several hours1 15-oz. can Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 1/4 cup fresh Basil leaves2 tbsp Water 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Blend all together in a blender until smooth. Serve over hot pasta or spaghetti squash.

( If desired heat to serving temperature). May be garnished with Greek olives and chopped parsley or basil.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups sauce, 1/2 cup per serving
