* Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped * Cucumber (peeled), .1/4 large * Almonds, .1 tbsp, sliced & chopped * Fat Free Mayo, 1 tbsp * Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp * Curry powder, .5 tsp * Ground Cumin .5 tsp
Directions
Chop chicken, onion, cucumber and almonds. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!!
