Ingredients
Baby Carrots, raw, 10 largeOnions, raw, .75 cup, choppedGround beef, 16 oz Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Garlic, 2 cloveCinnamon, ground, 1 tspOnion powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Beef bouillon, 1 cube (6 fl oz prepared)Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup
Directions
Chop up vegetables and put in a large kettle. Add water and bouillon. In a non-stick skillet cook meat. Drain fat. Add meat to vegetables. Add in seasonings and barley. Cook until vegetables are done.
