Shrimp Feta Stew

Ingredients
727 grams Shrimp, raw 146 grams Onions, raw Garlic, minced (2 cloves, but I used entire bulb)4.2 cup Canned Tomatoes 6 fl oz White Wine 1 tbsp Olive Oil 3.61 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese 1.5 teas salt1/4 teas pepper1.5 teas oregano
Directions
Put Olive oil in pan, saute onions 5 min, until translucent. Add minced garlic, saute 30 sec. Add tomatoes, wine, oregano, salt, bring to boil. simmer 20 min until it thickens. Add shrimp, pepper, bring to boil, cook 2 min until shrimp is cooked. turn off heat, add feta, add chopped fresh parsley if desired.
