Spicy Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp black pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp Salt1 tbsp Coconut Oil1 can (10.75 oz) condensed Tomato Soup1lb ground pork, beef or turkey2 cloves garlic1 Green Bell Pepper32oz beef or chicken brothLow fat shredded cheddar cheeseRice or pasta (optional)
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Brown 1lb of ground pork and drain fat. Dice green bell pepper and garlic and add to ground meat. Saute 5-7 minutes until tender. Add salt, pepper and cayenne. Stir in 32oz of beef broth and 1 can of condensed tomato soup. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Add your favorite rice or pasta if you aren't afraid of the carbs and sprinkle with some low fat cheddar cheese for a really yummy addition! Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
