1.0 small apple, peeled, cored and gratec1.0 tbsp Chia Seeds1.0 tbsp chopped Walnuts1.0 tbsp chopped Almonds1.0 tbsp hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt2.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 cup Almond Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, leave in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight. Serve with fresh berries
