Dale's Veggie-Laden Bow Tie Pesto Pasta (Wok Prepared)

Ingredients
1 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts-10 brussels sprouts 8 oz Broccoli Slaw .5 cup Leeks (Fresh chopped) (by TERESASOTO10) .5 serving broccoli flowerets, fresh (1 cup) (by KWALITT) .75 cup Peppers - Red, Sweet, Raw - 1 Cup Chopped (149) - (1 Large = 164g) (by REALGOGETTER) 8 tbsp Sliced Blacked Olives 1 oz Sauce, Pesto (CostCo) 2 oz = 1 serving (by KAUAI-CAROLANN) 2 tsp Garlic 2 oz Feta Cheese 8 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr) 2 1tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
1. Boil 16 ounces of Pasta until done (al dente) - approximately 10 minutes
2. Use Pam to prepare wok (no calories to Pam)
3. Stir fry all vegetables (after chopping etc.) in wok for 5 minutes
4. Heat oil, garlic (chopped) and pesto sauce for 2 minutes in microwave
5. Stir vegetables, and add pasta to wok
6. Add in pesto sauce
7. Add Feta Cheese and stir again

Optionally, you can sprinkle parmesan on top (not included in calorie count)

Serving Size: 2 Hearty Servings (enough for a main meal)
