Sautéed Shredded Zucchini

Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Zucchini 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Shred green zucchini and or yellow squash until you have 2 cups. In a non-stick skillet add up to 4 T. extra virgin olive oil. Toss shredded fresh zucchini to skillet and sauté. Serve hot.
