3 cup Flour, King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat (by GYPSYPITCREW) 1.25 cup Whey, sweet, fluid 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 10 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt 10 grams Sesame Seeds 10 grams Poppy seed 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
dissolve yeast in whey with sugar and salt. Add flour. Knead to smooth dough. Let rise until double. Split into two loaves. Brush loaves with water. Sprinkle seeds on loaves. Let rise a second time. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temp is 190.
