Ingredients
6.0 serving Fish - Flounder 4oz.5.0 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular1.0 clove Garlic0.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat broiler and move rack to the lowest level. Rinse and pat dry fillets. Lay them on broiler pan. Mix together miracle whip, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Spread some of mixture evenly on top of fish. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes until fish is white and flakey.
