Salsa Verde

Ingredients
8 medium Tomatillos 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 6 clove Garlic 4 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Wash peppers, cut onions into quarters and rub with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet. Roast at 400 for 8 min. Add peeled garlic cloves and bake for 8 to 10 min more. Cool to touch. Remove seeds and stems from peppers. Add everything to food processor and blend with juices. Thin with water or low sodium chicken stock
