Overnight Egg Sausage Bake

Ingredients
6 large Eggs1/2 tsp Oregano1 lb. Pork Sausage1 cup Shredded Cheddar Ch2 cups 2% milj1 cup Bisquik1 tsp mustard, dry
Directions
Brown & drain 1 lb. of sausage. Beat eggs & add all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Cover bowl & refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 at. casserole. Pour egg mixture into casserole. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serving Size: 3/4 cup
