Basic Cream Puff

Ingredients
1 cup boiling water.5 cup Butter, salted .25 tsp Salt1 cup Flour, white 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F
Combine water, butter, and salt in medium sauce pan. Stir to melt butter. Bring to a boil
Add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until it forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. 
Remove from heat. 
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. 
Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet, leaving room for expansion
Bake for 30 mins.
Cool on rack. When cool, cut top almost off, fill as desired.
