Ingredients
2 serving Iceland Extra Super Lean Beef Steak Mince 500g (by BONKERS82) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 100 gram(s) frozen mixed peppers (by LINDACHRISTIE) 100 grams Mushrooms, fresh 420 gram(s) Tesco - Everyday Value Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (by ARCHAEOJEN24) 400 gram(s) Tesco Value Tinned Chopped Tomatoes (UK) (by CANDLES77) 1 tsp Garlic 0.5 tsp Chilli Powder (by JONDO4048) 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 serving Beef oxo cube (by OLLYBEE_FINKEL)
Directions
Fry mince until browned, add onion and cook for a further few minutes then add peppers, mushrooms, chilli, ginger, and garlic. Cook these through for about five minutes then add the tomatoes, beans and stock cube, bring to a simmer and cook for around 20 mins.
