Southern Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
6 ounces roasted chicken breast strips, chopped1 1/2 cups apple, cored and chopped1 cup chopped celery1/3 cup toasted pecans4 tbs light mayonnaise4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, optional
Directions
Chop the chicken, apple, and celery. Add the toasted pecans and mix well with the mayonnaise.
Serve salad immediately over chopped romaine lettuce, with a dash of freshly ground pepper, if desired.
