Baked Chicken with Asparagus and Carrots

Ingredients
60.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh2.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw30.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Spread aspagus and carrots across 2 baking pans, place chicken (used 6 breasts) across the top of each pan, season and add just a tad bit of water to bottom of pans to keep veggies moist. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 min. Serving Size: 1 chicken breast with 6 Asp. Spears and carrots
