2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 3 tbsp Barlean's Flax-Chia-Coconut 1.5 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup = 8 oz) 50 gram organic cocoa powder 0.5 cup mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup
Directions
mix all together refrigerate overnight divide into 4 bowles.
