Onions, raw, 2 medium dicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Beans, red kidney, 2 cupBeans, white, 2 cup Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup Chili powder, 3 tbsp give or takeOlive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Peanuts, dry-roasted, .25 cup diced smallVegetable Broth, 2 cup Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Make 10 cups (or so)
Fry the onions in Olive oil
After they look shiney add the carrots and celery Then the vegetable broth, the canned tomatoes, and simmer for a while. When it starts to look like chili, add vinegar, chili powder, and peanuts. simmer move and serve.
