chicken with shredded zucchini

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Pound chicken flat. You might have to cut it to fit it in your pan. Dredge in flour and fry over med high heat in the pan until golden on both sides and almost cooked through. (may have to fry in batches) Remove and set aside. Shred 1 large zucchini and mince garlic. Add garlic and zucchini and saute for a minute or 2. Add broth and mustard and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Nestle chicken back in the zucchini and simmer until cooked through - about 10 minutes.
