Ingredients
0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.50 cup Orange Juice 8 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce 3.50 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 1.50 cup dry milk, non-fat 0.25 tsp Morton's Lite Salt 1 cup Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup 0.3 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 5 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients. Then mix the liquid ingredients. The combine dry and liquid ingredients together. Pour into a 8 X 12 pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.
Preheat oven 325 degrees and cook for 35 minutes. Cook until edges are brown then remove from oven

Serving Size: Makes 20 Bars cut into quarters then cut the quarters into 5 bars
