2 cups Brown Rice2 cups chicken broth (Cottage Inn)1 cup water2 Tbsp unsalted butter
add liquid and rice to pot, bring to boil, add butter, lower to simmer and cover, 20 min. turn off, let sit 15 - 25 min.
