8 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup 2 serving Rutabega (1 cup cubes) 2 medium Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
Saute onion in a little bit of broth.
Add the rest of the broth and all veggies except zucchini.
Cook until rutabaga and carrots are tender.
Add a bay leaf, sage, salt and pepper to taste.
Add zucchini, serve when zucchini is soft.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings
