16 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup Flour 1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1 Tbs Pure Canola Oil 1 small Onions,sliced4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbs honey1/2 tsp Thyme, ground 1/8 tsp Rosemary, dried 1/2 tsp Salt
In large plastic bag, mix flour, pepper and salt. Shake chicken breast, one at a time til well coated. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in canola oil for6-8 minutes per side or until juices run clear. remove from pan and keep warm. In same pan, brown onion until tender. Add water, stirring to loosen brown bits. Add the vinegar, honey thyme and rosemary. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Serve with chicken
