1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell) 0.50 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 tbsp Grape Seed Oil 1 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 16 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne 4 serving "Mezzetta" Calamata Olives, Pitted (4 olives) (by LRBARRIOS)
