20.0 Grams Garlic0.25 cup Parsley150.0 Grams Zucchini 0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers75.0 Grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)35.0 Grams Lentils0.25 cup Oats, Quaker0.25 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites1.0 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Shred the zucchini. Mash lentils and chick peas. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Cover and refrigerate. Form into patties and grill or bake. Serving Size: 2 servings
