1 lb Ground turkey1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion 4 oz Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt 8 tbsp Ketchup 2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 4 tbsp Dill Relish Croutons4 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 2 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
Brown turkey and onion season as desired.
Mix yogurt, ketchup, mustard and relish together, add browned turkey. Chop tomatoes, red onion and lettuce. In individual bowls or plates layer lettuce, top with turkey mix, tomatoes, onions, cheese and croutons. Mix together before eating.
