1.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)1.0 serving Flatout Flatbread Healthy Grain Multi-Grain with Flax, 1 flatbread (12/8)0.25 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
Preheat oven to 350. Put foil on a 9x13 pan. Spray with non stick spray or 1 tsp olive oil. Lay flatbread on prepared pan. Spread 2tbs (or 1/4 cup) over surface of flatbread. Top with pepperoni. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. I sprinkled a little bit Italian seasoning on top. Then put in oven and cook till cheese browns. About 10 min. Serve hot
